The Army Corps of Engineers hired Fig Leaf Software to provide a site audit and usability review for their restricted Topographical Engineering Center (TEC) Intranet sites. Following the delivery of the usability study, Fig Leaf hosted a creative session, created and delivered new designs for the TEC sites.
The new information architecture and designs reflect the organization's mission and dedication to the warfighter. Users can quickly and easily find the information they are looking for even when on low bandwidth connections.
In addition to the new visual design and information architecture Fig Leaf Software implemented the CommonSpot Content Management System. CommonSpot allows non-technical content experts to quickly and easily add, edit and maintain content.
Fig Leaf provided provided the project management and Web staff with CommonSpot training and technical support. Following the launch of the site, Fig Leaf provided on-site, phone and email support to the project team by providing high-level technical support for ColdFusion and CommonSpot.
